With more than 20 years of experience in education, Sonia brings a multistate perspective. The division manages federally mandated monitoring activities and the special education dispute resolution system, administers the maltreatment of minors program and the methods of assurance program, and provides technical assistance and training in compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
